About Ahavah Foundation

Restoring Hope, Dignity, and Opportunity

Who We Are

Ahavah Foundation (Ahofo) is a registered non-profit organization (NGO Reg. No. CG005980124) founded in 2024 under Stars of Heaven Ministries. Rooted in Christian values of love (Ahavah) and compassion, we are dedicated to transforming the lives of widows, orphans, and vulnerable communities in Ghana’s most underserved regions: Northern, Upper East, Upper West, Savannah, Northeast, and Oti.

Our Mission

To demonstrate Christ-like love by:

  • Feeding widows and malnourished children.

  • Educating orphans from primary to tertiary levels.

  • Empowering communities through sustainable agriculture, healthcare, and vocational training.

Our Vision

A future where every widow thrives, every child learns, and every family escapes poverty through dignity, opportunity, and self-reliance.

What We Do

We implement integrated humanitarian programs across key areas:

  • Food Security: Monthly food distributions and nutrition support.

  • Education: Scholarships, mentorship, and school infrastructure.

  • Healthcare: Mobile clinics and community health posts.

  • Livelihoods: Vocational training (tailoring, baking, and farming) and microenterprise support.

  • Sustainability: Cassava farms, starch processing, and eco-friendly initiatives.

Our Impact (2024 Snapshot)

✅ 1,000+ widows fed annually.
✅ 120+ orphans sponsored in school.
✅ 200+ women trained in income-generating skills.
✅ 10,000+ lives touched through healthcare outreaches.

Our Approach

  • Community-Driven: We collaborate with local leaders, churches, and government agencies.

  • Sustainable Solutions: Projects like our 200-acre cassava farm fund long-term programs.

Testimonials

jona.jpg

I come from Langbinsi in the Northeast region of Ghana. I have been a great beneficiary of the Ahavah Foundation, led by Prophet David Rauf. Coming from a less privileged home, my education from junior high school through senior high school to the tertiary school is being taken care of. I am currently a third-year student, studying BSc Medical Laboratory Science at the Bolgatanga Technical University, here in Bolgatanga, Ghana.
I am grateful for this support, and I thank the sponsors, firstly, Prophet David Rauf and anyone else behind this great work.

I am glad for the
establishment of Ahavah Foundation
because it has really been a blessing to
me and my family.
I was struggling to keep my family
going because of the rough economic
situations I found myself in. My
business had run down and it was
difficult to cater for the needs of myself
and my Family. I met the man of God,
Prophet David Rauf and he counselled
me and supported my business. I'm
now back on my feet and my children
are all doing well. Ahavah Foundation is
truly God sent.
